How does The iuno SkinDetect Test work?

Our SkinDetect Test assesses protein, hormone, and antibody levels to identify abnormal inflammation that could be preventing you from achieving clear, radiant, and healthy skin.

We look at dozens of blood proteins that are mapped to dryness, aging, redness and discoloration. We then use this information to model skin health scores for skin barrier strength, skin firmness, skin function and your proteomic age (a measure of your body’s biological age, which may differ from your chronological age) Our team is constantly working to improve our skin model. In the nearest future we’re looking to add skin scores for collagen, hyperpigmentation and skin type.

How do I take the iuno Test?

The simple self-administered finger prick test can be completed at-home using the kit that will be sent to you. Instructions are included within.

What happens after I send in The iuno SkinDetect Test?

Your proteomic sample is analyzed by our HIPPA-compliant, certified partner laboratory at Stanford Medicine, HIMC. We will then send you a proteomic skin report and a recommendation for personalized skincare routine.

How do I use the skincare products?

Your daily ampoule is administered via The iuno Mister which is provided in your skincare kit. Further details are included in the instruction card within and on the mobile app.

Are the skincare products cruelty-free?

All of the iuno products are 100% cruelty-free, vegan and free of toxins. iuno does not use any DNA modifying or mRNA technology in the skincare products.

How can I sign up?

We are currently offering a limited release to 100 customers. If you would like to sign up, join our waitlist here. We’ll reach out with more details.

How does ordering work?

You're welcome to try our formulations without going through the SkinDetect test. To receive precision skincare regime, designed based on your blood biomarkers, please subscribe to our preorder cohort. The SkinDetetct test is expected to ship in February 2024. Once you've returned the blood sample to us, it will take up to 4 weeks to receive your skin report and product recommendations.

I didn’t receive my order, or it arrived damaged. What can I do?

Contact us at info@iuno.bio with your order number, name, and shipping address, and a customer service representative will get back to you.

We ship anywhere in the US.

When will I receive my SKinDetect test kit?

Our team will keep you informed of when the kit is going to be shipped to you. Current preorder cohort is expected to ship in February 2024.

How long does it take to receive The iuno Proteomic Report?

Once you receive The Test, complete your finger prick, and send it back to our lab, we will send your report within 4 weeks.

What is the cancellation policy?

We allow same day cancellations for initial orders. To cancel your subscription, you can do so in your account settings or by contacting us at info@iuno.bio up to 14 days before your next billing cycle.

What is your return policy?

Due to the personalized nature of the iuno products, we are unable to accept returns.

What happens with my data?

We take customer privacy and security very seriously. We only use your information to provide you with a customized experience and will never share your data with third-parties.
